8-Week Coaching Session

From our consultation, we move into our 8-week coaching session. Here we meet once a week to move you forward in developing a new mindset and positive changes in your life. We will develop plans and strategies for you to enact and reflect on while moving toward your goals.

You will have unlimited email communication with me between meetings. I’m supporting you not just once a week, but throughout the coaching process.

Each meeting will run for approximately 60 minutes.

4-Month Coaching Session

This option goes beyond what is possible in our 8-week coaching so that you can grow in even bigger steps. Additional conversations, planning, strategizing, and reflection will continue as we work to help you overcome each week’s challenges, but also celebrate your successes and achievements.

You will have unlimited email communication and interaction with me between meetings. I’m supporting you not just once a week, but throughout the coaching process.

Each meeting will run for approximately 60 minutes.

7-Month Coaching Session

This option goes beyond what is possible in our 8-week and 4-month coaching so that we can go deeper into your challenges while you continue to grow in even bigger steps. Additional conversations, planning, strategizing, and reflection will continue as we work to help you overcome each week’s challenges, but also celebrate your successes and achievements.
